Room Rates as per 2010-11 are as follows:-

Deposit required at time of Booking: - In order to secure your booking, we require a deposit of minimum 69 USD. When adjusting the final deposit, US$4 are deducted towards bank charges. Hence you will get benefit of 65 USD. To be deposited in PayPal account.

Balance Payments

Balance Payments may be made in cash or credit card as per exchange rate on departure or through PayPal or through Bank-Wire Transfer. Paypal transactions carry a 5% service fee which will be added to the total tariff. The above cost has been calculated on exchange rate of 1 USD = 50 INR

We also accept Euro and sterling currency. We can get you good rates for your currency in Indian Rupees. Traveler’s cheque can also be accepted. Complimentary breakfast and taxes included in all room rates.

Special Rates for students and internship candidates for 25 USD * per day.

Apartments for Long term stays – We can arrange apartment for long term stays through known brokers and reliable brokers in Delhi.

Meals
Breakfast– Breakfast is served complimentary. The breakfast is served between 8:00 till 9:30 am. See our Breakfast menu Lunch – Usually our guest do not ask for lunch. But if you require us to prepare the Lunch for you we can prepare that for you. For this you have to let us Know at least 5 hours in Advance.

Dinner– The food cooked is homemade food according to your taste. We do not use Lot of Chilies but we do use lot of Spices to have a feel of delicious Homemade Indian cooked food which is more hygienic than any food of restaurants. We take care of your special needs please inform us in advance.

Facilities & services
Free Wi-Fi Connection, Attached western toilets to room, Fax and phone Connection, mobile rental services, Car rental services, Money exchange or traveler cheque exchange. All toiletries provided. Each room has 2 free Mineral Water bottles each night. We help you plan your tours and itinerary so you can always ask for the quote, 24hrs security, running hot and cold water, we can help you arrange airport transfers .

Payment method: Cash, PayPal, Credit card , Euro , USD, Wire transfer through other bank.
Payment is accepted in Cash for short Stays.
A required Amount is to be deposited at time of booking.

Cancellation procedure
In case of cancellation full refund will be made if notified a week prior to date of arrival and 50% refund if cancelled less than a week prior to date of arrival. No refund will be made in case of failure to notify regarding cancellation or no show. Open all year round and no minimum stay required.

Arrival and Departure Policy
Check In- 1200 Hrs ( noon)
Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.
Check Out– 1100 Hrs
Later check-outs are available on request and subject to availability. If you require access to your room before 8 am, then please book the previous night.

For guests already staying with us, on the day of departure, if the room is required after 8 PM, then please book the night after.

In case of early check in (8 Am to 12 Noon), you may have to wait before the earlier guest checks out and room gets cleaned. In the mean time you are welcome to enjoy, relax in the lounge, atrium or on the terrace

*We are offering special rates for students for internship or students who are looking for apartment for longer duration or student who have valid international student card and stay with us for 2 weeks or more.

We can help in arranging papers for registration in India.
The above special rate does not include Breakfast and meals which will be Extra. Internet will be charged 20 INR per day.
